I have a LLC in the USA, but I live in Montenegro.

Hello,

   I have owned an LLC in the USA for 4 years. I live in Montenegro. I also have a business here. However, I want to open a Paypal account for my business in the USA. I have a residence and work card in Montenegro and an EIN number in the USA. Can I open a merchant account in Paypal USA?

Often I can hear the answer: "Paypal applies different policies for each country and each account is unique to the country in which it is opened. A personal account in a different country cannot be linked to a company account in another country"

I agree with that. However, I cannot use a Paypal for my company in the USA. This answer doesn't solve my problem, it just kicks me out of here.

Other than that, I do not have an ITIN or SSN number in the USA. My original citizenship is the Republic of Turkey. Paypal is not available in Turkey. In Montenegro, Paypal only provides one-sided service (only sending money is active)

In order to overcome these obstacles, I established an LLC in the USA and I have bank accounts, I have an EIN number. I even have a Stripe account. But unfortunately I was not able to open a PayPal account. Please help me...

Welcome to the PayPal Community and thank you for your post!

I do understand your concern with this. PayPal is country-specific. This means an account can only be created and used in the country you live in. 

If you do not live in the US, then you cannot open a US account I'm afraid. If you do move to the US in the future, you will then have the option to open a business account there.
