I'm trying to log in from Lebanon and I get this error : Error 403 Forbidden Error 54113

I tried using the mobile application on Android, as well as Mozilla and Chrome on the computer, the result is the same

When I do hide my IP address I can log in without problems

I know that using a VPN protocol is against the rules, but I can't log in any other way

As paypal is country specific you should open a paypal account in the country where you are residing (if available).

However Paypal is not supported or available in Lebanon.

Do not use a VPN or paypal may permanently ban your paypal account, not worth the risk.

Thanks for the reply but I'm temporarily in Lebanon and haven't tried to pay anything here I wanted to order something to my home address in the EU

I had to use a VPN to reply to you, that is, to log in

I have traveled all over the world and have never experienced anything like it

Thank you for your post and welcome back! I'm sorry for the frustration that you've experienced while traveling and being unable to log in. 

When traveling to countries where we are unable to offer service, you would not be able to use your PayPal account.

I also want to echo the helpful cautionary advice given by @kernowlass. It's important not to use a VPN or other proxy, as that is not permitted. Any sort of action that disguises your location for the purpose of using your account or any other PayPal service is something that may indeed cause account limitation and the inability to use PayPal in the future. I would recommend discontinuing that practice.
