I need to switch my business account to personal, but it is limited

Hi, everyone! I just accidentally created a business account, but I need a personal one. However, my account was immediately limited for no reason. They say there are some risks with my account. I didn't provide any card info or personal info, just my phone number and address. I'd like to close the account, but it can't be because limited. I contacted customer service, but they are not helpful. They just sent me the same info about limitations as it was in my email. What should I do? I need to solve the issue ASAP
