Is there a way to get a list of all PayPal accounts associated with an email address?

As per the question - is there a way to get a lists of PayPal accounts where a given email might be set as a secondary email for instance?

I understand your concern about getting a list of PayPal account. Please know that you can add multiple email addresses to your account, but each account must have its own email address. You cannot add one email address to multiple accounts, can only add one email address to one PayPal account. If you need any help, you can certainly reach out to Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
