I am trying to update my address and I keep getting the error message "it looks like your city, state, and ZIP code didn't match. Check them and try again". The address is correct. I have also tried adding it as a new address and still get the same message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your post. I understand that you are getting an error message when you update address on your PayPal account. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.
