We using Slovenian country code +386 and I have PayPal with mobile phone with that country code.. but we got new country code +383 and can't get in my account and can't made new one.. Trying several times to change password and still not let me in without phone code. FB page for PayPal is useless.. only work with USA members. Any suggestions ? customer service is only by phone call not support Viber 😞

If you have not done so already, please try going to our 'Contact Us' page by clicking on 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website page. Once there, please select 'Password and account access', and then 'Login problems' to view options for contacting us. You can also send us a private message on our Facebook Global page here or send a direct message on Twitter here.

Maybe this is because paypal is not supported or available in Kosovo and you can't use another countries paypal account?

Me neither cannot access my account because the country code is now 383 and i have registered my account with 386
In order to login paypla require to verify by text message which is never receiving.
How to access and change phone no?

For security reasons, we are unable to assist with access issues over a Social Media forum. Full verification is required before access assistance can be given and this assistance can only be given over the phone. If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website. Then if you click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. On the next page, you will see a 'Call Us' option. You do not need to be logged in to use this feature.
