Locked out from my account by indentety crisis

Sms 2 step verification and its malfunctioning lead to Sorry, we couldn‚t confirm itş you... and now i am non existing, if paypal can‚t confirm it is me it is logical that i don‚t exist...

Any solutions for this, phone call, twiter or facebook are not an option?

Or at least can i cancel subscriptions and delete my account?

Thank you for visiting the PayPal Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you're unable to login to your account. I'd first recommend reviewing the troubleshooting steps in the following Help Center articles: What can I do if I can't log in? and I forgot my password. How do I reset it?  

Also, in the future, if you do not want to run into this issue, you can turn off this feature of two-step authentication. If you're still running into issues after that, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Support teams by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page.
