Login issue in app

Because I forgot the password, the account prompt was temporarily locked, so I reset the password, but I can only log in from the web page. Unable to log in App. App displays : We're having some trouble completing your request right now. Please try again shortly, and if it persists let us know. So how do I solve this issue?

I am sorry to hear you are having issues accessing your account via the PayPal app. I know this must be frustarting. It sounds like you may be experiencing an issue with our internal secuirty system when trying to login.
