I JUST SIMPLY WANNA CHANGE MY NAME ON ACCOUNT BUT I CANT! DONT EVEN HAVE OPTION TO SEND THE DOCUMENTS THEY NEEDED!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING

No person would open a legal / financial account withOUT their legal name.

And I don't have any 'customers' why would I ???

Or is a 'community' forum something else you just 'haven't bother to read'?

So Like many other posts relating to this topic, I am in the same boat as the other posts I have over £500 in my account that I cannot withdraw as my details re incorrect, so what happens to my money? I cannot get to it, so what Paypal just keep it?

If you click Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page, you'll be directed to which contact methods are available (phone, chat, etc)

I made a silly error with my name change.  I placed my first two initials prior to my surname and PAYPAL picked from somewhere my middle name in full.

So now I have my first two initials, my middle name and my surname on my account.  I cannot change these back either to my known name or to my full name.

Assistance please?

My bank issues accounts in known names.  My full name is Robert Roy McNaughton - my bank accounts are listed in my known names of Rob McNaughton.

My passport has been used as proof of my name, as has my birth certificate and marriage certificate - here in New Zealand abbreviations of names are standard practice.

@kernowlass I wanted to add my middle name to my paypal name so it would link with my gcash account, i submitted, 2 government IDs and my birth certificate, after 2 weeks still no update, my account dosent have my complete name still has no middle name and it wont link with my gcash account

My problem is, that I cannot even send them any documents.

I've married and I would like to change my name now but unfortunately there is no way to send it to them. I am following instructions for official name changing, then I am on the website where I can upload my documents and after I've done that, there is no button whatsoever to send it! I've tried to do it on my phone and on the pc, I've tried to refresh and do it again multiple times, there is just no button at all. Does anyone else has the problem?

Hey guys, So i have fiverr account and i got my first sale recently and i wanted to withdraw my amount so i didn’t have a paypal account so i had to create one after making the account i transferred the money from fiverr to paypal i got the confirmation email from fiverr but the money didn’t come in paypal so after looking into the matter i came to know that I hadn’t given the pancard details so when i try to give the the pan card details the name i gave when I opened my paypal account are different than the one on my (only the middle name is different) I cannot change the name as minor correction and for the option update your name i tried to give the documents it asked for but nothing happened I don’t know if i will get a email or what but it has been 2-3days almost. So my payment is neither in fiverr nor in paypal so how can i get my amount back to my fiverr account quickly

I have the same issue and the trader company cannot give me access nor refund to my money simply because I need to change the first name. I WANT TO HAVE MY MONEY BACK. PLEASE CHANGE MY NAME, I HAVE SENT YOU ALL OF MY NECESSARY DOCUMATION FOR YOUR PERSUAL. PLEASE!
