Not receive me security code to my phone number in Afghanistan

Hello everyone, hope you will be fine. I faced with some problem when I tried to login to my PayPal account in Afghanistan. My problem is this that OTP code is not received me to my provided phone number. So please help me resolve my problem

Paypal is not supported or available in Afghanistan unfortunately and you can't use another countries paypal account to try to bypass that ban.
