Paypal locked my bank card and account

I need help I forgot my password for my account so I press forgot password to change it it asks for id which I do not own atm but my bank card is linked to it. So I try to make a new account which I do but when I go to link my bank it says to your bank card is linked to too many accounts so it’s put my PayPal account inactive and my bank card is **bleep** because of it

You can't just keep opening accounts just because you don't have i.d. at the moment.

You are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if one is personal and the other one is business. Opening 2 of the same 'type' can lead to an account limitation.

You should have waited until you could provide the i.d that paypal wanted.

If your account (s) are limited then you need to resolve those limitations in the resolution centre of your paypal account, that is unless the limitation is permanent in which case paypal are no longer offering you their services.
