I keep getting notices from Paypal - disguised hooks to shop at Poshmark . How do I get it to stop, short of cancelling Paypal? Which I way anyway...

Go through all the Account settings to do with Notifications and PayPal Shopping and turn it off.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
