Paypal won't accept my zip code

I am trying to set up a Paypal business account but I receive an error code when I enter my zip code.  How do I get past this error code?

You still have a personal account and keep in mind that Cambodia accounts cannot receive payments. Buying online or sending money for goods and services only.

If you're adding a card for the first time and receiving an error that the zip/postal code is incorrect, it means that what is on file with the bank and what you're entering do not match. Simply contact your bank to confirm the current billing zip/postal code on file and re-add the card.
