Trying to set up a separate PayPal account for my wife but can’t get beyond inputting her mobile number where it says unable to complete setup

I understand you would like to set up a PayPal account for your wife and are facing issues. In order to sign up for a new PayPal account, I would recommend you use an email and phone number that are not linked to any account. Also, since PayPal is country-specific, make sure you choose the country accordingly and then try to sign up. If they face issues on their phone, try using a computer and an updated browser; it most likely will help. Also, don't use any VPN, and make sure to keep the location settings turned on.
