Proof Of Business Address

Hi everyone

I need help verifying the identity of my PayPal business account. 

Because I am a freelance work at home, I have difficulty when it comes to the "proof of business address" because my business address is only at home. 

Can I upload using a photo of my home electricity bill? 

Or is there another solution?
