I'm trying to set up One Touch on a second device. When I follow the process on the second device I don't get an option to add it.

Hi @photoTed

Thank you for making a post.

I understand you're facing issues setting up One touch on your second device. You can activate One Touch in 2 ways:

  1. When you’re checking out with PayPal and initially log in, select "Stay logged in for faster purchases.” You’ll activate One Touch for that specific device and browser and for all eligible sites.
  2. Activate One Touch on our website. Don’t share your device if you're using One Touch. If your device is stolen, contact PayPal immediately and log out of your PayPal account.

Try with both the ways on the second device. It might help.

Regards,

Punith

Maybe I wasn't clear in my first post.  When I follow the links for One-Touch I do not get the option to add the device.  Similarly I do not get the option to stay logged when I log into PayPal.  As I have successfully registered another device, I believe I understand the process.

Do you have any other ideas?

Hi @photoTed,

Thank you for your post and reply with clarification. I'm sorry to hear of the frustration with trying to add OneTouch to another device. It is possible that there is an issue of risk with adding the device that was detected by the security system that is preventing the addition of that device to OneTouch, but it is not possible to know for certain. You can do some further troubleshooting with Customer Service in case there is another issue that can be resolved instead.

I hope this can be resolved for you!
