Something is stopping me from changing my primary address

I looked at the other answers for this, but I didn't see any one else that had this issue other than another person in the comments of an issue. 

PayPal is not allowing me to change my home address. I've tried creating a new one and making that the home address, but I get an error `[Object Object]` in the UI. According to the browser's debug log, for some reason this operation is causing a 403 Forbidden error to be triggered. Does anyone know how to fix this? This seems like a bug.
