US Paypal business account, with LLC US, ITIN, but non-resident

I am a non-resident of the USA, I have an LLC in the USA with an EIN, I have an ITIN, and my company has a United States address. I would like to know if it is necessary for me to live in the United States to have my paypal account. Since I have read about account limitations, and they ask for proof of address, there I would have to give my personal foreign address or my US company address.

Please, is urgent
