What have people been experiencing for call hold times recently? 7 days ago I was on hold for three hours and gave up, today, 75 minutes and gave up. This is with a 6 digit code. What have you experienced for hold times the last time you called?

Guess that depends on what country you are in.

However maybe try an alternative?

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Been on hold for literally HOURS.  I am long standing business that puts 6 digits through Paypal each year.  They used to have priority service for businesses, this is STUPID.  I don't know what is happening, but I'm certainly not happy.  Chat takes FOREVER too.  It's taking Customer Service hours to respond and then each new rep has to start all over.  I have been trying to resolve the same problem now for literally DAYS.

GAHHHH!
