Where to change my delivery address?

Where to change delivery address, as it shows old one when I use paypal for buying online. In the setting there is only one address that is correct. Sometimes there are such payments I cannot change delivery address but it differs with billing address. Strange as I have only one address, and have changed address 2 years ago it still uses old address for delivery address.

Thank you for your post. 

I understand that you want to change the shipping address of an order. If you’ve already sent your payment, contact the merchant to request a refund. Once the payment is refunded, you can resubmit the payment with the correct shipping address. For future orders, when you are reviewing the payment details, click the dropdown under “Your Shipping Address”. Select your shipping address or click to +Add a new shipping address. Review the details and click Save if you added a new shipping address.

Thank you for your post! I'm sorry to hear that you're seeing old addresses when you check out at a merchant's website. I understand how frustrating it must be to be unable to find a way to remove that address! I'll be happy to help.

In addition to the information given by @TasleemaJ, I can offer the following. If you're seeing an address in checkout that is not visible in your account, it was likely added by you some time ago in a merchant's checkout as a gift address. These are hidden from your profile, but are available in other merchants' checkouts. If you want to remove any or all of them, simply contact Customer Service and request help removing hidden gift addresses. They will be able to find and remove them for you.

Olivia, thank you for your respond but customer service doesn't work, as it was first place I wrote my issue regarding my old address. Chat bot didn't recognise my issue, and there was no contact email I could send my request. That is why I have asked community to help me. I know that sometimes we have this opportunity to check the delivery address. But I have purchased from this merchant while ago on existing,new address, that is why I was sure that it will be delivered on my existing address. But when I received payment confirmation the address was marked as an old one. Of course I have contacted seller and asked to change my address, I received my order on the right address, but then I went to my PayPal settings to assure that delivery and billing address match but there was no section for delivery address. So here we are. As I have mentioned above to first person, sometimes you are directed straight away to payment section without any opportunity to check delivery address details. You receive them after payment confirmation.

Well sometimes it doesn't not work as you have been processed directly for the payment section when there is no opportunity to check the delivery address. But thanks for your respond.
