Ok setting up PayPal business... Do I HAVE TO have a bank account to use this service. or can I use an alternative such as prepaid card.(ie. Walmart, green dot. etc)
Prepaid cards are primarily good for making one-time purchases with. Not so much for accepting withdrawals. You can get a PayPal Business debit card to spend & withdrawal cash via atm from PayPal balance if you don’t have a bank account or eligible debit card for accepting withdrawals.
