merging 2 Paypal accounts

I have 2 Paypal account .. one from 2010 .. the other one was created few weeks ago ... the new one has some money on hold, because it is a newly created .. how can I merge the new account to the old one?

You can't merge accounts, what you can do is close one that you don't want and add that email address to your other account as you can have up to 8 email addresses on the one paypal account.

Ok.... if I add the email I used with my new created account to my old account .. and then deleted the new one ... would that transfer the funds that I have in hold as well to my old account.... if not, what should I do !!

You need to wait for the funds to be released if they are on hold as a new seller as per link.

ok .. so once the funds are no longer on hold I can delete my account and my founds will be transferred automatically to my old acc once I add the email associated with fund ... is this correct..

Nope, you would need to send the funds to your old paypal account if that is the one you want to keep using. However as you do not have the friends/family option in  your country it would be seen as a goods/services payment and you would get another fee and the funds may be held on that account as well. Not sure why you want to use the old and not newer account?

Then once the newer paypal account has 0 balance you can close it and then add your newer email address to that old paypal account.
