Whenever i try to enable the 2-step verification it shows "something went wrong ".

i try to contact paypal message center ,, no customer service is available.

 

please help

I understand that you are facing issues to turn on 2-step verification for your PayPal account. Could you please clear the cache and cookies or your browser or use a different browser like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge? This process can only be done through your web browser and not through the PayPal App. You can set up 2-step verification using an authenticator app (like Google authenticator and Microsoft authenticator.).
