ADD a New e-Mail address

I have been a PayPal user since 1999 and during that time I have been able to have 2 or more different e-mail addresses to receive payments. The reason for different e-mails is the purpose of which I receive money based on what I am receiving it for (Buying and Selling Coins, Buying and Selling Auto-related collectibles and vehicles, etc.). I currently have only ONE (1) e-mail account for my PayPal Account and for the past MONTH & a Half, have NOT been able to add any additional e-mail addresses or even replace my existing one.

When attempting to add a new e-mail address I receive the following message:

"You have reached the limit to add new e-mails. View your e-mails."

PayPal says they are aware of this and working to resolve it, even trying to add my e-mail address themselves, but are unable. Going on 2 months soon, hoes does this happen with a major online payment service like eBay? What if a PayPal user was change -mail providers and could no longer receive e-mails at their old e-maill address (which is the car I am facing soon).

PAYPAL: PLEASE FIX THIS !!

Been there done that twice, including 2 phone call conversations where even the customer service reps could not add a new e-mail address for me from their administrative side. Both times they acknowledged it is a problem with their software and/or settings and each time my account was sent to what I was told their "technical" department for a resolution. It's been 1 month since the 1st conversation and 1 week since the second conversation about this problem.

So while I appreciate your link to contact customer service, it's futile. Both times they told me it was beyond their control and would have to be solved by the technical support team. I guess the technical support team is short staffed, or snoozing becuase it's still not resolved.

This is completely unacceptable for a company like PayPal for this to go on. I may have to look for other payment services if they can't resolve this.

Pretty futile posting on here when the 'only' folks that can help you are customer services.

Sharing information on a problem that may allow others the issue exits and is NOT them isn't necessary futile. And PayPal reads these, maybe light a fire under their "arses" to finally fix it...

Not sure posting on here will fix anything, as i said only customer services can help you.
