Hi,I opened a PayPal account but the number I used was recycled and sold to someone else because it was inactive.Everytime I try to log in to my previous account,they send the code to the number and I don’t have it.What do I do?i have been calling PayPal but I end up talking to a robot and that’s so frustrating.I’m from Kenya and not even safaricom can help.
