Additional Phone Numbers

Hi good day everyone currently i was on updating my Paypal Account here in KUWAIT, i add additonal email for support and decided also to add new phone number which is in my origin country, but to no avail it keeps giving me a message of "You have entered an invalid phone number."

As anyone encounter this kind of problems please do share on how you fix this. Ive been adding new phone numbers since yesterday thanks.
