Anyone know why multiple pre-approved payments refuse to cancel.

Been trying to cancel pre-approved payments on my account, I apparently have 15 pre-approved payments to 123-reg. Everytime I cancel it, it appears in the inactive column until refresh, then goes back to being active. I have tried multiple browsers and even a different machine.

Thanks for the form letter response. Let me explain what is happening as apparently I am at fault and don't know what I am doing.

1. I click settings.

2. click payments.

3. click automatic payments.

4. click the top entry with the title "123-reg Limited"

5. I click "cancel", the pop up appears asking if I want to stop pre-approved payments. I click "Stop Pre-Approved payments"

6. the pop up appears stating that the cancel if successful. The entry moves from active to inactive. The option "show inactive" has the entry on.

7. The email arrives stating that the cancellation is complete and finished.

8. Refresh the web page and the Cancelled entry is in the active list and I can continue making payments to a company I have cancelled payments to.

9. wait 48 hours, login, clear cache, use a different browser, and the payment is now in the active column again and I can go around for another go.

If you could review the above and let me know at what point I made a mistake it would be really nice to know. As I would like to cancel subscriptions I don't have before you take more money out of my account to cancelled subscriptions and tell me that I can't have the money back as the payment completed correctly.

Edit: Your system uploaded images, then decided that they were invalid HTML and removed them.
