Bank account number not working

Hi! I'm having a problem with the account number when trying to add my NZ bank account to my PayPal, saying that it's an "invalid bank account number" when it's not. I've contacted PayPal and my bank account, but all PayPal is saying it's the bank, no it is not. Could maybe someone help? I've tried some solutions from previous years, but this is 2022.

First 6 digits - no dashes, then the account number has to have a dash between main number and suffix.
