Business email v.s Personal email

Hi,

 

May I have someone's help please?

 

In my business account I have a business email i.d. and a personal one. How can I set up each email to be used separately, so that the business email appears only in the notifications to the customers who make purchase on my website, while the personal email appears only when I purchase products and services on the net.

Welcome! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I can understand why you'd like to have the two emails and their functions separated. I would recommend having 2 different PayPal accounts - 1 personal and 1 business. With two different PayPal accounts, your activity will be separate and you'll have your desired functionality. Just as a quick heads up on your business account, your customers will see a business name you set up as well as your business email. Here are a few Help Center articles you may find useful:
