I have two paypal account and I can not reset the password for both of them.Whenever I try to reset my password using website , it is always giving "technical error" at the beginning of the process.
Due to the this issue I have created new paypal account and now I want to delete my two old account.
How can I delete my old two account without login them ? Is there anyone can help me about this topic ?
