Can't send mail to any paypal mail adress

Hiya, so I have this very weird problems.

I'm fully onboarded as a business on PayPal and am now receiving emails from the Velocity Onboarding team [removed] to further assist me. Funny thing is, whenever I reply to their emails I get a delivery failure notification. It seems that any [removed]address won't accept my emails. This is very weird as they are literally e-mailing me. Can someone please help?

 

The message the failure notification gives is that I'm not allowed to post emails to Paypals system

 

Fout:

550 5.0.350 Remote server returned an error -> 550 #5.7.1 Your access to submit messages to this e-mail system has been rejected.

my email adress is a registered domainname is [removed] and also has a live website

 

please help!

Hi, we are facing the same issue while using a Google Workspace Email Server with the default configuration.

Other non-"paypal" recipients are able to receive mail properly.   

Are there some extra configuration setting that we need to set in the Email Server to be able to properly send the emails?
