Can't verify my identity after PayPal didn't send me SMS code

Hello I tried to log in to my PayPal and after several attempts at retrieving the code via SMS PayPal gave me error message - we couldn't confirm it is you. Valuable mention - PayPal never sent me a verification code despite my attempts. I need to withdraw money today and now my account is locked. Tried to give them a phone call but PayPal help centre doesn't work over weekend. How can I confirm it is me? Everything worked fine yesterday.

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

1. Paypal phones doesn't give me option to log in as a guest and I can't log in without the code - verification. 2. Live chat is something mythical for me, never seen it available. 3. Would like to send them a message but won't let me contact them if I'm not logged in. I didn't know during business hours I might be able to message whilst logged out. 4. Yes but they are the worst with replaying over social media Facebook or Twitter. It took ages for them to replay. I just need to somehow verify it is still me and for them to send me the code. 😕 Or get another verification method.

If you don't or can't use them then not a lot else anyone on here can do for you unfortunately.

Just logged out and then logged in on your countries Paypal site and the 'guest option' for phoning is showing up fine.

Hi. Getting the same. Won’t text or call me either. Have checked the number several times and it is correct. Even through the app it doesn’t work. Used to use PayPal all the time but can’t now. Whoever thought up this garbage needs the sack.
