I need to verify my account through text to log in, but I'm in Indonesia and have a different simcard so I can't receive messages. What can I do? I tried to use my own simcard to receive messages but I still don't get anything. I can't send a message to PayPal because you need to log in and I obviously can't do that. Does someone know what to do?
While travelling internationally, PayPal actually doesn't always guarantee the ability to use your account since it's normally considered a bit higher risk than the usual activity in your account history.
Depending on what the security system sees, you may still have limited functionality but it's not uncommon to run into issues while travelling outside your home country.
