Cannot connect to my paypal account

Hello All,

 

Recently I found that I cannot connect to my account.

I am trying to connect with the password I wrote and I am pretty sure that is correct but I cannot.

I am trying to change password and I receive error message.

I am trying to sign in with my mail and I receive message that this mail is already in use.

I was trying to make a call but automatic & recorded answers are not help

 

You will see three pictures. In first I am trying several passwords I remember. In second the error when I am trying to change password. In third the message when I am trying to create a new account with my mail

Do you have any idea what should I do ?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

I have already tried with no success since phone communication is done through a preinstalled question and answer that does not drive anywhere.

I haven't found such an option

I tried facebook.
Whatever I asked
I received a standard answer of "I cannot understand. You can attend to Paypal Help Center or you can tell me what is the issue. Do you want to have a chat with a customer service center representative ? Alternatively you can attend to our Help Center."

It is completely ridiculous.
