Cannot delete my account

My account only use my personal.

And now I cannot delete my account.

But help center cannot help me.

So I ask for help in PayPal community.

I can login my account.

I still cannot delete my account and cannot create ticket, and I need review my account activity.

Please help me create ticket to deal with it.
