Cannot remove an unowned phone number from my account

I cannot remove an unowned phone number from my Primary (Mobile) setting. I have another number to change it to (currently set as my Primary (Home) setting), but the website is not letting me. I have no other phone numbers that I can add other than VOIPs, which are not permitted.  I am stuck with this unowned phone number set as my Primary (Mobile) setting!  Any solutions?

Make sure you add the new one and confirm it as the primary one before removing the previously primary number.
