Cant find KYC/ Verify account

Hi, I'm from Algeria, I cant seem to find any page that leads me to KYC so I can verify my account and start accepting payments, I have linked my visa card and verified it and everything, but I cant seem to be able to accept payments, so I figured this is a KYC thing, but I cant find the KYC page in the first place, every time I click on a PayPal KYC page through google, it says page not found once I click on it

i was stuck and couldn't find the auto transfers option but found it under my card details, activated it and now it works just fine, it solved the issue, thanks.
