Suddenly out of the blue, PayPal is presenting a Captcha every login again! How do I convince them that I'm the same guy using the same computer and the same login as I used for the last several years! 😕 Why does this keep rearing it's head every few months? I didn't do anything to get rid of it last time, they finally just fixed it behind the scenes.

Thank you for visiting the PayPal Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues while logging in to your account. I'd first recommend reviewing the troubleshooting steps on your end by changing your browser or clearing your cache and cookies. It would be great if you used a laptop or a desktop to perform this action after 24–48 hours. Also, I recommend you to not use shared systems to login to your PayPal account.
If you're still running into issues after that, please reach out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
Best wishes!
