Please how can I change my account to a UK paypal account am in Nigeria. Thank you

Paypal is country specific so you have to use a Paypal account in the country where you reside.

If you live in Nigeria then you have to use a Nigerian based paypal account.

Unfortunately that means you can only send payments for purchases as the receive payments option is not available in Nigeria.
