Closing business account

Im tryin to close my business account but after confirmation with mobile phone account is still up and there is no any message in my email , where is problem, There is no money on account and it is not negative, also there is no pending order or automatic subs

Hi, I wass allready try method from your link 2 times without success, From contact you can only ask assistant without relevant answer,  I want to delete data and business account but I will return as personal user with new account , how to contact support  for closing account?  All this automatic answers is not usefull at all , I wass lost severall hours searching for answer without result, it is harder send message to your support than to president 😞
