I called PayPal about my account and a man said it was erased, but when I tried logging in the site (and bot on the phone when a human DOESN'T pick up) says it's still there and welcomes me back.
I don't have my old number, and am trying to apply my new number so I can continue to put money in this account. Would someone reset the number so I can continue using my account?
There's many services I can't use without it, but the people working there doesn't recognize it exists and/or the robots still think it does. Either way: I can't get back into my account, someone please help! All I need is to change out the number, but they keep saying "it's fake", why is it saying that?
