Disposed phone number

Hi. is there any way to remove old disposed primary number from the account setting? it keep sending the code to that number eventhough i have registered two other numbers and set as primary. the old number has long been disposed and impossible to connect. the "call us" is useless too

If you have another primary one and can't remove the old non primary one then you may have to ask customer services to do it for you.
