Does not receive 6-digit code on mobile number

Good afternoon!
I can't log in to my account as no text message is coming to my phone number. At the same time, the code to enter the paypal community came to me.
I have Georgian paypal, I am located in Georgia. My telephony provider is Magti. I have been in contact with Magti, they have no problems. I tried different browsers, different phones - nothing helps.

Our team will verify some information over the phone and help you further on the same. Please try clicking the 'Contact Us' option, then click the 'Password and Account Access' option, and then 'Login Problems'. you will see "Call Us" as a guest or chat with us using logged out chat option during business hours.

The problem is that you have a phone number which is located in the USA, but I am territorially located in Georgia and I have no possibility to call to the USA. How else can I contact you? For example, can I call you via messenger(whats app) or write to your e-mail?

I have the same problem and the same mobile operator - Magti
