Help with Facebook Marketplace Set Up (Issue with Paypal)

Hello,
I am trying to get paid out on Facebook Marketplace for an item someone purchased and Facebook is covering the shipping. It said I need to set up my bank account in ordered to receive the payout. When I went to set up my account, I put all the correct numbers in, then received the following message:
"The payment could not be completed due to an issue with PayPal. Please check your PayPal settings, or try again using a different payment method."
What does this mean? Which PayPal setting? Please help!

I understand you are having trouble receiving funds for sales on Facebook Marketplace. I know this can be frustrating. Please ensure your PayPal account has been verified by referring to here. Also, verify the details on Facebook match the information present on PayPal.
