How can I verify my account in Ghana?

Hello everyone,

I am in Ghana and tried opening an account. I need it to receive payments for my freelance jobs.

I created the account but during the verification process, it has become necessary for me to choose a state in the United States. 

How do I go about this ?

Paypal is not available or supported in Ghana at this time.

Sounds as if you opened a U.S paypal account, this is against paypal rules and will never work for you as you would be unable to link U.S information to it or verify or receive funds with it.
