How do I actually contact Paypal?

How the heck do I actually contact Paypal? The contact phone number and email that is listed on my account is my account rep and he won't return my calls or emails. I do not see any other generalized email or phone numbers to call.

As you don't think we can help then your options are......

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

PayPal are a joke (and not a funny one).

Their algorithms can't cope when business increases - even when you have warned them that it would happen.

They system doesn't link to SquareSpace or Shipstation so you have to enter tracking details again.

They then ask for proof of delivery, which is provided WITH ACTUAL PHOTOS OF ITEMS DELIVERED and then ask again for tracking information

Trying to update information to remove limitations is impossible as you get booted out every 3 minutes and lose the information provided.

PayPal are currently withholding over £30,000 of funds for goods that have been delivered over the past 3 weeks and making ever more spurious demands for "further information".

Next stop will be lawyers. It's an absolute scandal.
