Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

It's 2022. is there now zero way to contact PayPal?
I've tried via chat, email, and phone. All redirect to the same "chat" where no person is on the other end. Instead they "send an email" that's never responded to. Is this not insane!? I was a customer for 10+ years and watched PayPal degrade a lot, but I never imagined they'd get as bad as they are today.

I just got a new phone number and phone, I still have the old phone number and old phone for now. A while ago I changed my paypal info to my new phone in the login and security section, all are my new phone number (home, mobile and work) However when I logged in today it told me it was sending a message to my old phone to verify. Where do I need to go to set my new phone number so it won't ask to verify with old phone number? Login & security and Personal information both had my new phone number in it already so it must be somewhere else. Thank you to anyone who can help
