How do I hide my name and address from customers?

I just set up a business account and I use a pen name for that. How do I hide my legal name and address from customers when they purchase a service?

Go through all the profile/account settings and features (ie. Invoicing) settings you can find. Enter your business information (ie. business name, business address (ie. a PO Box as primary address besides home address as your billing address), business customer service email, business phone).

Unless PayPal changed something in the system, your account holder information shouldn’t show, your business information will.
