How do I get in contact with PayPal support?
Every time I go on to Message Centre I keep getting met with the same error message "I'm sorry, but no Customer Support Agents are available at the moment. Please try again later"
It has been weeks of trying at all different hours of the day and I get the same message every single time.
This is really disappointing as they are holding a significant amount of my money with no way to contact them to get it back.
I also tried to contact them on Facebook but no success their either.

Is that really all that can be done?
PayPal support used to be great but now there is no way of getting in contact with them. They have thousands of dollars held up for over 12 months now.
For the amount they charge in fee's it is extremely upsetting that they can't even offer some helpful customer service.

I get a refund money for the seller but I never get the money in my bank account.
The PalPal help center didn't support this claim. Plop!!

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).
