How do i close my paypal account?

I plan to close my paypal account. What are the steps to ensure that everything is settled and there are no floating or pending transactions.

Cancel any subscriptions, allow 5-7 business days to allow any pending echeques to complete, withdraw any funds, remove any bank account or cards.
